Site Superintendent Babich, a leader in the reinforcing steel industry, is seeking a highly motivated individual with strong communication and leadership skills to work within a dynamic, teamwork-oriented environment as a member of our site management team. The successful candidate will be exposed to all phases of the reinforcing steel business and provided extensive training and development opportunities for advancement.

A bachelor of science degree in civil engineering, building construction or equivalent, and a minimum of one year's experience in the construction industry is preferred.

We offer an extremely attractive compensation package, including competitive base salary plus monthly incentives.

Experienced Rebar Detailers Babich is seeking detail- minded, team-oriented individuals to prepare plans used to fabricate and place reinforcing steel to work in our reinforcing steel fabrication facilities. Our facilities are located in major cities throughout southeast Asia. This work requires the use of drafting skills and could include CAD.

Starting rates for experienced and qualified Detailers are based on experience and location. All Babich employees are eligible for monthly incentive pay that provides an extremely attractive compensation package. Experienced detailers should be able to prepare placing plans of structural components using customer drawings and possess strong project management skills. CAD experience is a definite plus.
A civil engineering degree or equivalent is a plus. Knowledge of the construction and reinforcing steel industry is a valuable asset.
